Happy Mothers Day to all the moms, past moms, future moms, and pregnant women out there! We all slept in to 7:20am! Woo hoo! That was my first gift today! ;-) After an enjoyable and relaxing breakfast together you three helped me open some gifts! The girls got me a CD, Joshua got me the Wii Lego Lord of the Rings (LOTR) game, and the twins got me a book on what to expect with twins! Haha! I love them all! ;-)
Once everyone was ready for the day, we went upstairs and played some of the LOTR Wii game. ;-)
We picked up some groceries at Target once we completed a few levels. Everyone had lunch once home. Daddy did a little yard work as you three rested. Once everyone was awake you all helped me break down some cardboard boxes in the house and cleaned up some.
Daddy and I made a wonderful dinner .... it was daddy's idea! We made homemade chicken parmesan, toast, and pasta. It was the best dinner that I've had in a long time! Wow! And, it wasn't that hard to make! Yummy!
After we all ate, we went outside briefly to plant our seeds in the flower pots that you all painted. You all planted Morning Glories, Sunflowers, and Petunias. ;-) We filled the bird feeder and then had some ice cream once back inside. :-)
You three got a bath this evening and then we relaxed playing the Wii LOTR game. We lost track of time and ended up having a late bedtime. :-P But, we almost made it to Rivendell. ;-)
What a wonderful Mother's Day .... I couldn't have asked for anything more than being with you three and daddy on this special day .... you all are wonderful blessings to me and I'm thankful you all (and the twins) everyday! Thank you so much for such a great and relaxing Mother's Day!
