What a nice and relaxing breakfast together as a family this morning! You all also helped is with some chores .... laundry, sweeping, and vacuuming the downstairs.
Once everyone was ready for the day, we headed up to the park for the neighborhood Easter Egg hunt. You all had a blast! There were so many people and so many eggs to find! They hid the eggs in certain areas of the park depending on your age. Joshua and Grace were in the 3-5 age group. I stayed with Faith in the 0-2 age group. You all found around 65 eggs total and got little candies and toys. ;-) Then, we saw the Easter bunny .... the girls were a little apprehensive. Joshua at least smiled and waved from a small distance away. ;-)
We walked home after and played in the front yard since it was such a nice day! Once everyone used the potty and was settled, we headed out for a fun lunch at PDQ. You all cleaned your plates and even split a cookie! I ate too much! Haha! We walked around Home Depot after and then headed to Target for some groceries. You all got hyper at this point. Faith and Grace fell asleep on the van ride home, but Faith was the only one who stayed napping once we got home. We tried to get Joshua and Grace to just rest, but you all were hyper. :-P You both eventually napped but it wasn't for very long.
After dinner we went outside to play some more .... what beautiful weather we're having. Faith sat on a tricycle. ;-) Grace tried to pedal her tricycle. And Joshua and I got pretty good at our baseball game. ;-) Everyone had baths afterward. Then, we had a small amount of play time before bedtime.
