Baby Cousin

Dearest Angels~

Looks like our family just got a little bigger …  your cousin, Felix Allen Watson, was born at 4:01am this morning.  He was 8 lbs 2 ozs and 21.5 inches long.  We’re so excited for Aunt Katie and Uncle Brennan!  Being parents has been the best thing to ever happen to daddy and me, and we’re so happy that they now have a little son!  What a blessing children are!  :-)

We all relaxed this morning … Joshua slept in until 8:30am!  Whoa!  People are still coughing and sneezing .... but at least everyone is playful!

We made pumpkin bread this morning once Joshua woke up.  Then, you all each made drawings/cards for Felix … they said 'Felix Cumpleaños' … haha!  ;-)

For lunch, we decided to have fun out.  We headed to Shane’s for some hotdogs, fries, and BBQ.  You all ate ok .... it was fun to get out and have fun even though it was a cold day! 

We went to Gigi's house afterward.  You three had fun playing with Gigi, Uncle James, and Grandpa Jim.  You all ate cookies, played a tossing game, and played some Nintendo games.  Daddy and I went to the hospital to see Aunt Katie, Uncle Brennan, and cousin Felix. He's so cute!  We each got to hold him and take a picture.  We visited with them for a little over an hour and even saw Felix get his bath.  ;-) 

We got back to Gigi's around 3:30pm and loaded you all up to head to Target.  We needed some milk for the house.  :-P 

We got back home around 5pm and cooked dinner,  Joshua and Grace were hyper this evening from no naps.  We all had fun watching the UNC basketball game.  We played the #3 team Louisville and won!   Go Heels!
