17th Birthday

 Dearest Joshua David, Grace Elizabeth, Faith Olivia, Jacob Samuel, and Jeremiah William- 

Happy Birthday Joshua!  

17 years ago today our world was turned upside down being rushed to the hospital via ambulance for an emergency C-section.  🚑  Joshua was 10 weeks premature and weighed only 2 lbs 4 oz.  We didn't know if he would survive the first 24 hours of life.  🙏🏻  Fast forward through physical therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, speech therapy, surgeries, etc .... now, he's a healthy 11th grader in High School!  🥰

So blessed to be able to spend the day with him!  ❤️

Happy 17th Birthday to our little (though taller than me) miracle!  😍

God is good!  😀

Joshua and I went to various stores and thrift stores today and did some Duck Pin Bowling.  We had time for 4.5 games and I only won one of them.  Haha!  I did manage to make 2 strikes while using my left hand.  Ha!  We also ate some fun foods like NY Bagel and Deli, Chick Fil A, and donuts!  :-)

Faith and I picked up some Marco's Pizza for dinner.  We sang to Joshua and he opened presents.  Afterwards we all went to the basement to play games and Joshua tested two video games he got as gifts.  Gigi, Grandpa Jim, and Uncle James also called to wish you a Happy Birthday!  

Happy birthday young man!  I'm so proud of you and love you!  I'm so lucky I got to spend the day with you!
