Campsgiving Weekend

Happy Campsgiving weekend!  

Camping in the rain is no fun  ⛺️☔️ .... unless you're surrounded by friends and family!  🥰

Wonderful Campsgiving weekend with Troops 321B/G and the AOLs .... it was filled with hiking 5 miles, a Court of Honor, dutch oven pizzas, campfire donut holes, spending time with the Arrow of Light Cub Scouts, and a Scouts Own Service by the campfire.  😍

God is good!  😀

All 7 of us camped and Cinnamon stayed at Dog Gone Happy.  We camped Friday afternoon to Sunday mid morning.   It rained both nights but was gorgeous during the days.   The twins were there since the AOLs were invited.  They camped with Troop 321G.  The next campsite had Troop 321B.  

The girls went on a 5 mile hike on the Mountain to Sea trail.  The boys played capture the flag.   Joshua, you earned the Density Merit Badge, Pets Merit Badge, and the Reading Merit Badge at the Court of Honor.  You also earned the National Outdoor Achievement Award for camping.   

Saturday evening Joshua and Grace did a Scouts Own Service for the troops.  You all discussed gratefulness and you did really well!  I was so proud of you both!   :-)

It was so fun camping as a family and seeing you all have fun!  This afternoon we helped with the Pack clean up of the Bedford Greenway trails.   

By the time we got home around 6pm we watched some television together and then went to bed early!   Ha!

What a fun weekend as a family camping with the Scouts!
