Court Of Honor

 Dearest Miracles-

Happy Sunday!   I took you five to the 915am church service today.  Daddy stayed and played during both services.   

This afternoon was filled with Scout events.  Joshua, you had a Troop 321 meeting.   Jacob and Jeremiah, you had a Cub Scout recruiting event playing games on the field.  We helped with that after our meetings ended. 

Grace and Faith, you all had your Troop 321G Court of Honor .... where almost all of you all were awarded the Dentistry Merit Badge!  ;-)  There were 61 Merit Badges given.  There were 4 Rank Advancements .... Faith, you earned 2nd Class and 1st Class since the last COH.  Grace, you earned the Outdoor Achievement Award for camping.  And, I gave out all the new leadership patches to you ladies.  I awarded the Merit Badges in order of your birth months and tried to make it fun.   I even had everyone sing Happy Birthday to Lex since tomorrow is her birthday.  I tried to make it fun and I think it was a success .... several parents came up to me at the end to thank me and said it was the best COH.  Being Advancement Chair is fun!  :-)

Tomorrow is the first day of school for everyone!  I know people are nervous, scared, and excited .... we said some extra prayers tonight!
