Happy Saturday!
Today was fine Sandling Beach Sprint Triathlon! They also had an International distance and the collegiate finals .... UNC did not have a team. Whamp wha.
Grandpa Jim and I did the sprint .... I came in third in my age group and Grandpa Jim came in second in his age group. Go us!
The distance we completed was:
Swim- 750m
Bike- 20 mi
Run- 5K
You all went to the Weapons class this morning. We were all back home together for lunch. :-)
This afternoon we went to Bedford for the Oktoberfest and you all got to see your friends. :-)
