Dearest Precious Angels-

Happy Wednesday!

I was finally able to get the van inspected today. After being in and out of the shop weeks ago, and then waiting for the odometer to trip to check the engine, it finally passed! Woo hoo!

I ran laundry and picked up snacks for the Girl Scout trip. I think we're pretty much packed and ready. We leave at 7am from Raleigh on Friday and we're excited!

I used my weighted jump ropes again today. I got them a week ago today .... 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, 1 lb, and 2 lb. When I got them a week ago I could barely do 10 jumps with the 2 lb rope. Today I did 4 one minute rounds. One round I did without stopping. And another round I kept going after the timer to reach 90 seconds! I did a total of 20 minutes of jumping rope with all the ropes, but was proud of myself for the 2 lb improvement. :-)
