Storms Through Carpool

 Dearest Miracles-

Happy FriYAY!

Things were pretty normal until afternoon carpool .... a huge storm came through the area which made carpool crazy! It started getting dark and rainy right when I picked up Joshua .... by the time we got to West Millbrook there was thunder and lightening all around us and we were at a standstill on Strickland Road. I didn't get Grace and Faith until 4:20pm .... 80 minutes after their bell rang! And the twins bell rang 35 minutes prior at 3:45pm! It was a total mess. The twins went to Mrs Dolby's room and daddy ended up getting them and getting home right before I got home with the older three kiddos. We ended up skipping taekwondo since it was already after 5pm .... I left the house at 1:50pm and was sitting in the van that entire time. :-P

Good news is that the Paralympics have started so we got to watch a lot of that before bedtime. :-)
