Happy Saturday!
Today was the Sprint Triangle Triathlon. This is the race Grandpa Jim and I do each year at Harris Lake. It's about a half mile swim, 15 mile bike, and then a 5K run. I finished in about 1:55:40. I beat Grandpa Jim by 12 minutes. :-)
The weather was gorgeous! I just tried to relax and enjoy the day. I find the shorter sprint distance more fun after doing several half Ironman distance races in prior years.
We were back home before lunch. Daddy took the twins to a church event. I took the girls and Joshua to our scout swim checks.
This evening we all watched some television together before bedtime.
