Daylight Savings

 Dearest Miracles-

Happy Daylight Savings .... we sprung forward and lost an hour. Whamp wha.

So .... I did something pretty stupid this morning. I went to workout this morning and when I was doing deadlifts I threw my back out. I spent the entire day taking Motrin and icing my back while wearing a brace. Ugh! I'll need to take it slow tomorrow but hopefully I'll be able to participate in taekwondo.

Joshua, you got back home around 10am. You had a lot of fun at your campout on the Air Force Base. Girls, you had a Girl Scout meeting around lunch time. Afterwards, we had the afternoon free as a family.

The girls helped me put together a little video of our photos from yesterday's trip to the Greensboro Science Center. Then we watched Karate Kid 3 with popcorn.
