Volunteered At School
Dearest Miracles-
Happy Wednesday!
I did carpool for you all this morning and then came right back to the school to help Faith's class in Art. Here's the description of what was happening:
"We need some volunteers to help with our upcoming 5th grade Artist in Residence project. Each day, students will spend one hour with our artist in residence, Virginia Maier, to learn about and create a barn quilt to hang in our café. It's going to be amazing but super messy.
It's a tradition at ACES for our 5th grade class to leave a legacy art project to beautify our school. Thank you to our ACES PTA and the United Arts Council for supporting these experiences for our students."
I signed up to help today and Friday during Ms Cruz's classroom times. I got to see Faith and take pictures of your art project. You're painting was a window looking out to a night sky. It was so good and much better than the other paintings I saw .... of course I'm biased. ;-)
Joshua, you had an orthodontist appointment this afternoon. When done, you came home to rest since your stomach wasn't feeling well. I took the younger 4 to Taekwondo class. :-)
This evening daddy had church. I made dinner for you all and then we watched a little National Geographic before bedtime.
Sleep tight little ones!
I love you all so much!
