Dearest Miracles-
Happy Tuesday!
Today was a severe weather day and Governor Roy Cooper placed North Carolina into a State of Emergency. It was just rain in the morning, but turned worse by the afternoon with flash flood warnings, tornado watches, and power outages. Schools dismissed 3 hours early, so we just kept you all home to be safe. I went to work, but left by 1pm.
Our power went out while eating dinner. We ate under candle light and then played Monopoly in the living room with camp lanterns. Hope the power comes back soon, but in the meantime we're at least safe. :-)
