Spelling Bee

Happy Spelling Bee day!

Grace, you made it to the school wide spelling bee today!  The top five third graders, top five fourth graders, and top five fifth graders move on to the school wide championship round .... and you were one of the top five fifth graders!  Way to go!  I'm so proud of you! 

I got to watch on a YouTube live link while at the office since we weren't allowed in the building due to COVID.  You got out the first round .... looks like you hesitated and was nervous (I know you know the word 'reveal' since I quizzed you a lot).   Not that I can blame you for being nervous!  I was nervous just watching!  But, I'm still super proud of you for even making it that far!  You're one of the top five 5th graders!  Way to go!  I'm so proud of you and love you so much! 

To celebrate, I picked up some PDQ for a fun dinner.  I also got Grace a little stuffed animal unicorn pig (unipig) to also celebrate her achievement.   :-)
