Dearest Precious Gifts-Today was an interesting day ....
Jeremiah, we got your test results back around 2:30am but didn't see them until around 6am ....
Your test had a positive detection of COVID! Poor little dude! We emailed both schools and loaded you all into the van so the six of us could then get tested.
Kiddos .... per Wake County guidelines, if someone who lives with you tests positive for COVID, and you're not vaccinated, you have to quarantine even if you test negative. So, I went to ACES and picked up everyone's Chromebooks and work folders. This is new territory for us, so we just need to be patient and work through it.
This is day one of quarantine!
