Hours Of Yard Work And Fourth Fest
Dearest Miracles-Happy Saturday! Today was busy busy!
We had the Fourth Fest at the park near our house this morning. It ran from 9am to 11am and there were bounce houses, a firetruck, donuts, biscuits, Kona Ice, and friends! You five had a blast and a lot of the neighborhood came out. We got to catch up with friends and have a lot of fun.
Once back home, daddy and I worked in the yard for hours! We took out our swamp pond jungle in the front natural area. Remulched, mowed the lawn, and power washed the driveway and front sidewalks. We were exhausted. As daddy did the power washing, the girls helped me run to ACE for the mulching chore. I loaded 18 bags of mulch in two trips and spread them out. The girls helped spread the mulch.
Then, this evening, we went out to Knightdale for a cookout and fireworks show! We saw the Dolby family and some other Boy Scout Troop families. You all played with Gavin and Mackenzie. :-)
We got home a little after 10pm and we were beat! Whew!
Sleep tight little ones!
I love you all so much!
