Gigi's Birthday

Dearest Joshua David, Grace Elizabeth, Faith Olivia, Jacob Samuel, and Jeremiah William-

Happy 64th birthday to Gigi!  We called her after she got off work to sing Happy Birthday to her.  :-)

Well, we went to see another house this morning with Mona.  Our appointment was at 9am this morning for a house that became active this morning .... the Listing Agent called Mona at 8:47am to tell us that the house sold last night sight unseen before becoming active on the market.    What?  Since we were already there, we walked around the house anyway since it was a contemporary design.  The house had some quirky elements and the layout was odd.  So, I'm not sad we didn't get the house, but I'm frustrated in the situation that people are buying sight unseen. 

But, there's another house that has a lot of potential that we're going to see tomorrow morning at 8am.  We drove by it again this evening to see how far it was from my office and shopping centers.  So, we'll see how it goes.
