Pink Eye

Dearest Angels-

Today was a work/school day for everyone .... but it turned out to be busier than normal. :-P

I dropped the girls off as usual and then headed to work. Work started out poopy since all the computers were offline for an hour, none of our DAs (dental assistants) could make it on time, and we were having a radiology inspection. Ugh. Then, I got pinged for a random drug screening to be completed by today. Really?

So, we had to adjust the schedule to make it work. Then the school called me .... Joshua has pink eye and needs to be picked up. I left after my morning patients and drove to the school. I picked up Joshua and then headed for my drug screening. I got reprimanded while there for bringing a minor. Really? So I took Joshua to Ms Joni and the twins and headed back out. At this point it was 3pm and the drug screenings end at 4pm. :-P

Once done I called the pediatrician. I made an appointment for 4:10pm, went home, loaded the boys (Jeremiah also had a pink eye) and headed back out. By 5pm, we were at Walgreens dropping off prescriptions for eye drops since we had two cases of pink eye. :-P We picked up the girls afterward and headed home for dinner at 5:30pm .... which I was happy about since I never ate a lunch and had a headache. :-P

Faith, you enjoyed dressing up with friends in housekeeping! You also used your listening ears during your new math game as well! Grace, you had fun running in the Egg Relay Race outside.
