You all were up early. I was hungry when daddy was leaving so I came downstairs at 6am to eat. By 6:10am Faith was awake. I managed to get her to lay back down, but it wasn't much long after that Joshua and Grace were awake. Wow .... early birds! :-P
Uncle James came over this morning to watch you all as I headed out for my OB appointment for Coconut and Cookie Dough. But, before I left, I played a round of Mario Cart on the Wii with you all.
Our appointment went well. Blood pressure was normal and no trace of protein in the urine. My weight went up to 164 (started at 134). I was around 171 when I delivered with Faith at 40 weeks. We're 31 weeks gestation with the twins. :-P
The doctor found two healthy heart beats. You two are definitely growing .... I've gained 4 pounds since our last appointment 2 weeks prior so I'm guessing you all are at least 3 pounds each at this point, perhaps more.
We've now hit the weekly appointment mark. I'll see the OB again next week and will have another ultrasound to check growth in two weeks. They will start checking if we're dilating next week. So far we're still on track to schedule a C section at 38 weeks.
Once I got back we loaded up and headed to Gigi's house for lunch. Uncle James put on some Classic Mickey cartoons and Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. :-)
A little after 2pm we headed back home. Faith fell asleep on the drive and continued to nap once home. Joshua and Grace had rest time as I prepared and cooked some things to set aside for dinner .... potatoes, steaks, and veggies. :-)
Once everyone was awake, we played upstairs and I went on the exercise bike for a little bit. When daddy got home we all had dinner together.
This evening we relaxed and watched some of Dr. Dolittle before bedtime. Coconut and Cookie Dough, you two were kicking a lot. ;-)
