Today is the first day of summer .... though it's been hot for a while now. :-P We had some more rain overnight, so our plants on front porch look a little better at least. ;-)
We're also 24 weeks gestation with Coconut and Cookie Dough. Our next appointment is Friday the 27th. Let's keep praying for a healthy pregnancy and for two healthy little boys. ;-)
After some playtime this morning we headed out for a birthday party. Our friends, Eli and Jack Allen, were having birthdays so we went to a park in Garner to see them and visit. There was a playground and pirate activities to do since they had a 'Jake and the Neverland Pirates' theme. ;-) Grace likes looking for buried treasure in the sand. Joshua loved the playground. Faith wander between the two but I think she liked the slides at the playground. There was pizza, chips, cookies, cake, cupcakes, etc .... yum! There were lots of other kids there too and you all got complimented on your behavior! Yippie!
You all ran all around and got nice and dirty and sweaty. :-P When we got home around 1:45pm, you three went straight into the bath! By 2:30pm I had you all on couches for rest time as daddy did some yard work. Joshua and Grace fell asleep pretty fast. Faith played around and then fell asleep as the other two were starting to move around. :-P
After dinner we watered our plants outside. It thundered today, but it never rained that we could tell.
This evening we picked on some instruments and watched more soccer. Coconut and Cookie Dough, you two are kicking more .... I wish I could tell who was who! Haha!
