Today is daddy's birthday! Yippie! Man, is he old! ;-) Ha!
We dropped Joshua off at school and then daddy and I packed things for our fun family weekend at the beach! Once things were packed, we took the girls to the pediatrician for their check ups. Faith had her 15 month check up and Grace had her 3 year check up. Here are your stats:
Grace: 28.5 lbs and 36 in
Faith: 20.5 lbs and 30.25 in and 45.5 cm head circumference.
Everything looked good! The doctor said we had 'two perfect little girls' .... yippie! Faith, you got three shots but did well. :-)
From the doctor's office, we headed to Gigi's house to drop off some things. While there, we surprised daddy with our birthday gift .... a Fender Telecaster guitar. :-) He liked it .... go us! ;-) We ate lunch with Gigi and Uncle James.
We got back here around 1pm. Faith napped and Grace rested. We finished packing things for our weekend trip and then watched the UNC basketball game. We lost .... oh well.
We loaded up and picked up Joshua afterward and then headed to Wilmington! You all did well for the most part of the trip .... we only stopped once in Wallace for a potty break and you all ate some nuggets and fries.
We got to Stephanie's house by 7pm. We saw Stephanie, Lois, Aunt Beth, Gigi, Grandpa Jim, Uncle James, Charlie, and Madelynn. We ate some dinner together and then you all ran around and played with your cousins! We ended with a late bedtime .... it was 9:30pm and you all were still rolling around in bed! The girls shared an air bed with me .... Joshua and daddy shared a pullout futon.
