Today was a cold and rainy day! The girls helped me drop Joshua off at school this morning. Then we ran a few quick errands.
First, we stopped at the doctor's really fast .... I needed a very quick blood draw for our health insurance program. You 2 behaved yourselves nicely!
Next, we went to Harris Teeter. We needed milk since there was none in the house. We also picked up a few small items to help with dinner. You two rode in the race car cart and each ate a cookie. ;-)

Once home, you all played and helped me prepare/cook dinner .... we made sausage, veggie, and pasta casserole. Yummy!
Everyone ate well for lunch. Faith, you took a nap right after in the crib. Grace, you curled up on me .... I enjoyed holding you! Once you fell asleep, I did 90 minutes on the exercise bike and then took a shower. You all were waking up when I got out of the shower. :-)
Afterward, we played with a 'new' (to us) instrument! I got daddy a tenor banjo as an early anniversary gift and it came in the mail today! I found it used, so I went ahead and bought it early. ;-) It's tuned in fifths like the mandolin family of instruments, so I'm getting into it too ... haha!
Joshua had a great day at school. You played and did show and share. Your item was supposed to be either 'land transportation' or the letter 'L' .... you brought a locomotive to hit both! Haha!
Everyone cleaned their plates for dinner once home! I cleaned the kitchen and we were playing when daddy got home!
We played this evening and tuned up the new banjo! We picked some banjo and mandolin .... time got away from us and we ended up having a late bedtime!
