BW Wells Campout

 Dearest Miracles-

Happy FriYAY!  Today was a school day for everyone and the weather was gorgeous!   

After school Grace, Faith, and I headed to BW Wells for the Troop 321G campout.  Faith stayed and will camp all weekend.  Grace and I came back home before the gates locked since we camped last weekend and will camp next weekend.  We'll go back to the campsite tomorrow afternoon to visit and help with the program and then come back home.   You all are working on the cooking merit badge.

 Dearest Precious Gifts-

Happy Thursday!  I can't believe it's been 24 years since the terrorist plane attacks on our country. I'll never forget that day in college.

Today was a work and school day for everyone.  We had the early taekwondo class right after carpool.  Everyone now has three black stripes.  We need one more before belt testing which will be mid October.  

This evening Joshua, Grace, and I went to our Order of the Arrow chapter meeting.  We had annual chapter elections.  We got home around 830pm.

Eye MD

 Dearest Precious Angels-

Happy Wednesday!  Today was a drizzly day .... it never rained hard, but we had a constant light drizzle until the evening.  

Joshua, you and I had eye doctor appointments today.  We ordered new glasses .... you stuck to the black rectangle design.  :-)  I ordered a pair with some blue and other colors. 

I worked on my Wood Badge ticket ideas more and sketched out a design for a patrol flag.  :-)

Daddy had Praise Team practice this evening.  I stayed home with you all and watched a National Geographic before bedtime.

Committee Meeting

 Dearest Precious Gifts-

Happy Tuesday!  Today was a work and school day for everyone.  I got home around 530pm.  We ordered pizza for dinner since daddy and I had a Troop 321G committee meeting this evening.   

You all had a good day at school.  The weather is starting to cool and not be so hot .... hopefully this continues.  :-)

Tired

 Dearest Precious Angels-

Today we were all back to the grind stone with work and school.  Joshua, Grace, and I were tired!  After school, I took the twins to taekwondo and we got our third black stripe.  The older three stayed home to do homework .... and Grace even took a nap!

 Dearest Joshua David, Grace Elizabeth, Faith Olivia, Jacob Samuel, and Jeremiah William-

This was a long but fun weekend! This letter is for Sept 5th-Sept 7th ....

I got up around 4am and left the house by 5am to Camp Durant.  Joshua and Grace left after school for Camp Durant.  We had our first (of two) Wood Badge and NYLT (National Youth Leadership Training) weekends.  Grace, you are in the Blue Beluga Patrol, Joshua is in the Pink Panther Patrol, and I am in the Blazing Bobwhite Raptor of the Underbrush Patrol.  :-)

We got home around 9pm Sunday evening .... we were busy all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with classes and training.  I know I went to bed around 11pm after unpacking, showering, and catching up on messages.  Whew!

Faith, you went to the movies on Saturday with some friends.  You all saw Hamilton for its 10 year anniversary rerelease in the theaters.  This was your third time seeing it.  Haha!  You also went to the Girl Scout meeting on Sunday.  

Jacob and Jeremiah, you two had a Den meeting Sunday and discussed patrol names for when you all bridge into the Troop in the Spring.

Home Early To Pack

Happy Thursday!   Today was a work and school day for everyone .... Faith you felt better and went to school.  

We usually go to the early taekwondo class on Thursdays, but we came home after carpool so people could get homework done and finish packing.  I also wanted to get to bed early.  I'll need to leave the house around 5am tomorrow morning since my Wood Badge class starts at 7am at Camp Durant.  Grace and Joshua, I'll see you all by the evening depending on how much the NYLT kiddos interact with us.   :-)

Faith, Jacob, and Jeremiah .... I'm sure you all will have a fun weekend with daddy.
