HIIT As A Family

 Dearest Joshua David, Grace Elizabeth, Faith Olivia, Jacob Samuel, and Jeremiah William-

Today was a fun day.  After breakfast we ran some errands as a family .... we went to the church Missions Thrift Store and got clothes for you all and a lot of books .... headed to Home Depot to look at tile (we're still working on the master bathroom demo project .... had a fun lunch at Shane's Rib Shack (our first time eating inside a restaurant since March of 2020!) .... then picked up some groceries from Target.  Whew!  We were home by around 2:30pm


Once home, we did a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout together as a family .... though most of you all stopped about about three minutes.  Haha!  Daddy and I finished it!

This afternoon we played inside and outside.  Then played some Wii bowling before bedtime.  :-)
