Easter

Dearest Precious Children-

Happy Easter! The Lord is Risen and the tomb is empty! Alleluia!

Today was cold and rainy day, so the yard wasn't filled with eggs when you woke up, like it was last year. Pooh. But, we still managed to have a nice breakfast as a family. We slept in and didn't make it to church though .... we need to get better at that.

This morning I gave the twins a bath. Daddy worked on the home budget. Then, we loaded up and had a fun lunch at PDQ. Everyone ate well and even got a cookie after. ;-) After we got some groceries we came home.

We had a nice bakes turkey breast and veggies for dinner. The older three got a shower before bedtime. When we walked into the bonus room after, it was filled with Easter eggs! Whoa! You all were surprised! The eggs must have appeared when we were all eating dinner. ;-) So, you all got to do an inside egg hunt even though it was rainy. I took a video of you all. ;-)

What a blessing you all are on this special Easter Sunday. We finished our Resurrection eggs and talked about the meaning of Easter. Joshua, you impressed me and remembered everything we talked about from the week prior! Wow! What a blessing! :-) God is good!
